Analysis on Knowledge Management and the Reform of Library and Information Science

Abstract: Knowledge management has begun to expand in the field of library and information science in recent years. Its research can provide new ideas and perspectives and have profound effect on the development of library and information science, promoting this discipline's constant reform and innovation, which will become a new milestone in the development process of library and information science. At present, knowledge has become the main research object of library and information science, and knowledge-driven library and information science has become a hot research topic. The library and information science system with knowledge centered is forming, and the education of this discipline is to adjust around knowledge and knowledge management. Aiming at the reform of library and information science driven by knowledge management, this paper proposed some opinions.
