The Cause Analysis and Strategies of Libraries' gap in Quality of Service in the big data era

Abstract: Quality of service (QOS) is the eternal research topic of library. While the big data era brought both challenges and opportunities for library, researching how to narrow the gap in QOS among libraries has been an important and significant issue. This paper studied the effect of big data on the QOS of libraries, and built the QOS gap model in the big data era. It also found the causes of QOS gap in libraries and came up with the strategies on how to narrow gap and upgrade the QOS of libraries.
