Research Status and Hotspot Analysis of Domestic Patent Transaction Risk in the Last Ten Years

Abstract

Abstract: Based on CNKI as the data source, the paper makes a statistical analysis of literature information in the last ten years on domestic patent transaction risk from five dimensions of the literature published year, periodicals, authors, research institutions and keywords with visualization software CiteSpace. Through mapping the co-occurrence knowledge map of the authors, research institutions and keywords, the paper furtheranalyzes domesticresearchhotspot in this field in combination with related literature content, in order to provide a reference for the further research of domesticpatent transaction risk.
