Research on the Evaluation and Promotion of University Library's Characteristic Resource Utility Efficiency

Abstract: Characteristic resource in university library shoulders the important task of inheriting and carrying forward national culture. In order to guide the construction of characteristic resource and make full use of its value, it is necessary to evaluate the efficiency of resource use. Firstly, a multi-criteria and multi-level characteristic resource efficiency evaluation index system was established, and efficiency evaluation of resource was completed by using the analytic hierarchy process. And then the strategies to promote the characteristic resource of university library were put forward. Through the establishment of characteristic resource cooperation and sharing alliance, to the platform based on the "Internet plus", the mobile and intelligent push service, it greatly improved the utility efficiency of characteristic resource.
