Construction of Makerspace Service Quality Evaluation Indicators in University Library ——Case Study of Library of Shenyang University of Technology

Abstract: Makerspace service in university library is a innovative service measure to keep pace with the government policy and social development, which has pushed the transformation and change of library. This paper built up a quality evaluation system for makerspace service based on document research, and then modified it by the expert interviews, and discussed the the status and satisfaction of makerspace service in Library of Shenyang University of Technology by questionnaire, and verified the feasibility of this evaluation system.
