Abstract: This paper introduced the Russian journals collected in the Universal Database of Russian Social Sciences & Humanities Journals and the retrieval functions in detail, and translated the information of some collected journals, which offered assistance for custom system in the fields of humanities and social sciences on understanding and looking for Russian literature resource, so as to realize the effective utilization of literature information resource.
