Abstract: According to some investigations, the efficientcy of utilization of books in college libraries is low. In order to change this situation, the libraries should listen to voice of the students and learn the authentic reading needs of them by the means of fuzzy synthetic judgment method. Thus the college libraries build their fuzzy synthetic judgment methods and decide the proper sum of book purchase and improve the quality of books and efficiency of book utilization.

Key words: Fuzzy synthetic judgment
