“Sea Turtles” Oriented Research on University Library's Service

Abstract: As the development of China’s economy and other social undertakings and the expansion of external exchange scale, more and more overseas students chose to return home for future development. These people were usually called as “sea turtles”. Recently, the proportion of the “sea turtles” increase gradually who become the main force of universities’ teaching and scientific research. In this paper, we targeted at building high quality university library service that face to “sea turtles”, analyzed the difference between domestic and overseas university libraries and proposed several effective service routes.
