摘要: 介绍了组织支持感理论和情绪管理的内涵,阐述了组织支持感各要素与馆员情绪的关系,从提高组织支持感、引导馆员树立正确的情绪管理、采取激励手段激发馆员的积极情绪、加强馆员技术培训等方面提出了馆员的情绪管理措施。

关键词: 组织支持感, 图书馆员, 情绪管理

Abstract: This paper introduces the perceived organizational support theory and emotion management, explains the relationship between the variables of the perceived organizational support and the emotion of librarians, puts forward concrete countermeasures of guiding employees to establish the multiple incentive means to communicate employees and enriching enterprise proper cultural emotion management concept, adopting multiple incentive means to communicate employees and strengthen staff training.
