摘要/Abstract

摘要： 2008年5月1日,中国开始施行《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》,对国家发展的相关信息进行公开。它是中国首部规整政府信息公开的行政法规,是主动将政府信息向社会公众（个人或组织）公开的制度。这项制度的影响力涉及社会发展的方方面面,不仅是普通政府信息资源的共享,更与竞争情报存在着高度的相关性,文章基于竞争情报的角度对政府信息公开的意义展开分析。

关键词: 信息公开, 竞争情报, 分析方法

Abstract: China began to implement the Regulations on the Disclosure of Government Information on May 1, 2008, to open the information about the development of the country. It is the first neat government information publicity of administrative rules and regulations, which provide the active openness of administrative information for the public (individual or organization). The influence of the system involved in all aspects of social development. It was not just ordinary government information resource sharing, but a high correlation with the competitive intelligence. This paper tried to analyze the significance of government information disclosure from the perspective of competitive intelligence.
