摘要: B2B指的是Business to Business,意为商家(泛指企业)对商家的网上交易过程,即企业与企业之间通过互联网进行产品、服务及信息的交换。基于战略管理的基本理论,将竞争情报应用于B2B电子商务战略管理的全过程,采用定性和定量相结合的系统分析方法,以PEST、定性分析方法SWOT矩阵进行战略分析,通过对运作环境的描述,进一步揭示了B2B电子商务在中国的发展现状,最后分析了中国B2B电子商务的发展趋势。

Abstract: B2B refers to the Business to Business, is the online trading between Business (enterprise) to Business, and namely the exchange of products, services and information between enterprises and enterprises via the Internet. Based on the basic theories of strategy management, this paper applied competitive intelligence in the strategy management of the whole process of B2B e-commerce, and used the system analysis methods with the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis including PEST and SWOT matrix to described the operation environment, and further revealed the development status of B2B e-commerce development in China, and finally analyzed the development trend.
