摘要: 图书馆资源的不断丰富,令用户的需要呈现出多样化和专题化的特征。定题服务需要进行有效的用户管理,以增强服务的绩效。用户管理旨在提高用户的满意度、参与度和忠诚度,包括用户关系管理、服务流程管理和用户信任管理。文章详细探讨了用户关系管理的实施方法、系统模型;服务流程管理的内涵和实践方法;用户信任管理的核心、特征和影响因素等。

Abstract: The needs of users present diversified and special features along with the enriching library resources, SDI service users need effective management to enhance service performance. User Management aims to improve user satisfaction, participation and loyalty, and user management includes customer relationship management, service process management and user trust management. Article detailedly discussed the implementation of customer relationship management method and its system model, content and practice ways of service process management, the core, features and influencing factors of user trust management.
