资源配置视角下高校图书馆在个性化服务中的角色定位研究

摘要: 以江宁区部分高校图书馆调查数据为样本,通过抽样调查、比较分析等方法研究了各层次院校学生利用图书馆各类资源的现状,并比较其借阅特点与发展方向。调研发现:在图书馆馆藏资源建设方面,各层次院校的角色定位比较明确,但在资源配置和个性化服务方面仍然存在较大的提升空间。在此基础上,提出高校图书馆如何在优化资源配置上更全面地提供个性化服务,并定位好图书馆的各类角色。

Abstract: Taking the survey data of the libraries of some universities and colleges in Jiangning District,this paper aims to study the present situation of students using various library resources in universities and colleges of different levels and compare the characteristics of their circulations and future developments through sampling investigation,comparative analysis and other methods. The results show that universities and colleges of different levels have relatively specific orientations in terms of library collection resources,but there is still large room for improvement in the allocation of resources and personalized service. Based on this,this paper puts forward the solutions on how to optimize the allocation of resources and provide more comprehensive personalized service in order to make sure every role in libraries is well played.
