摘要: 学生群体承担着学业、生活、情感、就业等多重压力,大学生的心理健康已经告急。阅读疗法作为一种经济、方便、可操作的心理健康教育方式,覆盖面广、针对性强。高校图书馆推行阅读疗法既有利于图书馆服务内容、方式的创新,发挥大学图书馆的教育职能,同时大学生通过阅读和交流,改善情绪、纠正认知偏差,从而调整其心理状态和行为,达到心理保健和心理疾病的预防目的,为培养其良好的心理素质提供充足的养分,成为高校德育工作的生力军。

Abstract: Students undertake academic, life, emotion, employment pressure; the mental health of college students has been in an emergency. Reading therapy as an economic, convenient operation, the psychological health education mode, wide coverage, strong pertinence. University library carrying out reading therapy is conducive to innovation of library services, the educational function of university library, play, and students through reading and communication, improve mood, the correct cognition deviation, so as to adjust their mental state and behavior, to achieve the prevention, mental health and mental illness, to provide sufficient nutrients to develop its good psychological quality, force into moral education in universities.
