高校图书馆和出版社互动合作研究

Study on the Interaction and Cooperation Between University Library and Publisher

摘要: 高校图书馆和出版社合作是一种新型的图书采购模式。图书馆、馆配商和出版社之间信息不对称、服务不对称、市场不规范,这三大因素严重制约图书馆文献资源建设。在信息技术飞速发展的时代,开展馆社合作,实现互利双赢,有利的推动了图书馆建设和出版社发展。笔者根据图书的生产过程,按出版前、出版中和出版后分别阐述了馆社合作的方式,包括馆社共同策划选题,按需出版服务,出版社为图书馆提供书目数据,图书馆直接向出版社采购图书,馆社合作开展阅读推广活动等;分析了馆社合作的不足并提出建议。

Abstract: The cooperation between university library and publisher is a new book acquisition mode. In the era with rapid development of information technology, information asymmetry, service asymmetry and irregular market among libraries, library book suppliers and publishers, have seriously restricted the construction of library resource, while the cooperation can achieve mutual benefit and win-win, promote the construction of library and the development of publisher. According to the production process of book, this paper expounded the cooperation ways between university library and publisher before, during and after book publishing, including planning topics, publishing service as required, providing bibliographic data for library, book acquisition from publisher and coordinated reading promotion activities, and analyzes the deficiencies of cooperation and put forward some suggestions.
