Abstract: This paper from university library resources sharing necessity of for university library to realize the sharing of resources and the problems existing in the process of core analysis, and on this basis, put forward is conducive to resource sharing of university library development strategies and measures: compaction resource sharing based concept, security collection resource structure rationalization; changing the library management system, implementation of the resource sharing standard security mechanism, Duocuobingju, construction level of personnel quality promotion mechanism; strengthening technology popularization, prompting the user to retrieval to enhance the ability of real-time, in order to strengthen the research on the subject of analysis, forming benign effect analysis, the purpose of the study.
