高校图书馆微信服务现状评价——基于服务内容的实证研究

摘要: 从服务内容的角度,构建二级测评指标体系,对高校图书馆微信服务进行评价。评价结果表明,目前高校图书馆微信服务整体处于待完善阶段,地区发展不均衡,服务内容强调信息推送与查询。针对研究中发现的问题,提出充分利用微信服务平台,完善微信服务体系,以及规范平台运作方式的建议。

Abstract: This paper constructed a secondary evaluation index system from the perspective of service contents to evaluate the WeChat service of university library. The obtained results showed that the WeChat service of university library currently was undeveloped on the whole, and regional development was unbalanced. Besides, the service contents were limited in information pushing and inquiry. According to the problems found in the study, this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions, including making full use of WeChat service platform, improving Wechat service system and standardizing WeChat platform management.
