Abstract: Embedded subject service is a new mode, were driven by user information environment and user information demands. Compared with the traditional information service, they have differences in service motive power, service ideas, service objectives, relationships of services subject and object, service content, service modes, but they are closely linked. Embedded Subject service develop from traditional information service, are the deepening of traditional information service, and the developing trend of subject services of university libraries in future.
