Through the analysis of university library’ book acquisition process and subject service concept, the paper used Deming Ring management process theory to analyze the different acquisition stages of university library, and proposed reasonable and systematic measures and scientific evaluation methods and indicators to monitor the quality of book acquisition.

Considering the problems of existing ontology diagnosis methods on returning too many minimal diagnosis and placing too much burden on users, and combining with application ontology and its requirement characteristics, the article explored new research ideas and methods to combine and optimize the core algorithms of axiom credibility and information entropy filtering and diagnosis methods applied in different diagnostic tools respectively. Then it put forward a comprehensive heuristic filtering and diagnosis method and expounded its basic idea and operation steps, and used typical experimental ontology to validate the effectiveness of this method.

Combining with the success cases in the era of big data, this paper introduced the concept, characteristics, key technologies and applications of big data, and pointed out that the era of big data brought the development opportunities for library, as well as some issues, and then put forward seven countermeasures fot library to deal with the era of big data, like building perfect information resource system, establishing Hadoop data processing platform, improving data analysis and processing capacity, creating growth point of knowledge service and paying attention to user privacy.

Under the background of collaborative innovation, analysis on the service matching problem of local university libraries is conducive to enrich the theory and practice innovation. Based on domestic and foreign related research, this paper constructed the analysis framework of local university libraries’ service matching under the background of collaborative innovation, and selected the leading local university libraries in national “2011 Collaborative Innovation Center” as the analysis sample, and then analyzed their evolution of service orientation in promoting collaborative innovation, expansion of service function, innovation of service mode, construction of service platform and improvement of service platform.

Based on the comprehensive research of Heilongjiang’s local county-level public libraries, this paper analyzed the status and existing problems of county-level public libraries, and put forward the corresponding solutions and countermeasures according to the development of local libraries, so as to realize the comprehensive development of Heilongjiang’s local county-level public libraries in the literature resource construction.

As the center of literature information, university library’s resource construction directly reflects the scope and degree of university’s supporting in teaching and scientific research, and becomes an important evaluation index in the appraisal of university library. Taking 42 undergraduate university libraries in Shaanxi province as study objects, this paper analyzed the characteristics, modes and issues of current digital resource construction in university libraries, and put forward some proposals for future development.

Yearbook has been more and more important in local literature system because of its own characteristics. The acquisitioning method of local literature is largely different from that of traditional library acquisitioning. Combining with practical experience, this paper analyzed the acquisitioning of yearbook literature from the perspective of local literature resource construction.

Library material resource includes traditional resource, modernity resource and supporting resource. While each performed its own functions, making the embedded integration with one-main and two-secondary should be an important way to improve the level of library material resource construction and provide good experience for library users.

In order to build wisdom library, this paper lucubrated the natural human-computer interaction issues of library service robots. It first introduced the research status of library robot access and the problems of robotic semantic parse, and proposed a depth information analysis method based on the mixed model, and then gave the formulate description of each module and made simulation experiment to illustrate the feasibility of this method, and finally pointed out the future emphasis.

By using web of science as data source, this paper investigated the international research papers about genetically engineered safety based on bibliometric research method. Several key search terms from International Service for the Acquisition of Agri-biotech Applications were applied to retrieve a total of 9836 genetically modified papers from 1981 to 2014, and the developing trends of international transgenic security research papers in 33 years were studied from the perspective of bibliometric, including annual trends, research fields and results, and the focus of research in different countries. The results showed that researchers from countries in approval of GM commercial cultivation paid more attention to biological safety compared with researchers from countries in against of GM commercial cultivation; in addition to the overall research level of different countries, the study of transgenic organisms security also related to the corresponding crop's position in the national agricultural economy.

Analytical tools such as Thomson Data Analyzer and Microsoft Excel were used to analyze the patents of biodiesel in the Derwent Innovation Index database. It was concluded that annual changes, main subject categories and technology topics of biodiesel patents, and main countries and organizations of biodiesel patents were importantly analyzed. The findings in this paper can provide information and reference for the development of technologies and industries of biodiesel.

To analyze frontier,evolution of walnut research.CiteSpaceⅡ,a software based on Java platform for mapping knowledge domains was used.By visually analyzing the burst terms, the frontier and development trend were accurately defined.Analysis of mapping knowledge domains provides scientific and quantified reference for evolution of frontier,the development trend of walnuts research,facilitating the future development of walnut research in China.

To understand the basic situation of Chinese agricultural core periodicals, analysis and statistics of their category, start publication time, region, sponsoring organization, jointly publishing and publication frequency were carried out based on the Chinese agricultural core periodicals listed in The General View of Chinese Agricultural Core Periodicals in 2014. Results showed that comprehensive agricultural periodical was in the highest proportion among 189 core periodicals in 13 categories, accounting for 12.17 %; the number of agricultural core periodicals reached the highest from 1980 to 1989 with 41.80 %; among the 189 kinds of core periodicals, sponsoring organizations of 63 ones were located in Beijing and core periodicals from academic institutes, kinds of societies and institutions of higher education ranked first; In addition, 50.26 % of the agricultural core periodicals were bimonthly published and 35.98 % were monthly published.

With the rapid development of modern information technology, research in the field of library development has faced a new situation of rapid development. As a new type of library service and management mode, smart library will become one of the focal points of library research. This paper analyzed the foreign theses on smart library published from 2004 to 2014, and used keywords analysis method, co-words analysis method and social network analysis method to analyze statistical results and construct the research map, accurately positioning the main hotspots of library science research abroad in nearly 10 years from 2004 to 2014 and the current research status, and then pointed out the future development trend and the direction of efforts.

In current society with distinct feature of big data, competitive intelligence research has faced new challenge and opportunity, while traditional statistical survey and data analysis technique needs to be improved. Choosing appropriate statistical methods in competitive intelligence research is crucial, and statistics is to play a more important role than ever before.

Tibetan books' cataloging and circulation is an important work in university libraries in Tibetan Area. Present most document collection entities go their own way when they record Tibetan document. In order to achieve the target that library documents' unified management and MARC data sharing, we could use Chinese Library Classification to classify Tibetan books, and use both Chinese and Tibetan to record Tibetan documents.

According to the present situation of domestic and foreign library service theory research and exploration practice, this paper discussed the wisdom factors contained in four main forms of library service including literature service, information service, knowledge service and intelligence service based on new technology and new media environment. At the same time, it extracted the core, essential, normal and simple library occupation value: referring knowledge to intelligence, and pointed out that the organic integration between dominant technology and invisible human wisdom was the effective guarantee of sustainable development of diversified intelligence service, and finally prospected an innovative way of future domestic library's intelligence service.

The rise of mobile communication technology in the global scope has accelerated the transformation of library service. The application of SMS, WAP, 3G, intelligent terminal technology and the popularity of cloud computing and internet of things have produced a huge impact on public libraries, especially for the service mode, service function, service contents and service means of mobile library. Technology innovation of developed countries’ mobile library has leaded the world and guided the development direction of mobile library service innovation. Based on the comparative study of technical innovation and service innovation of mobile library at home and abroad, this paper pointed out that China's mobile library should grasp the opportunity of technological change, accelerate the collaborative innovation combining technological innovation with service innovation, and improve the service ability.

Library anxiety is a mental phenomenon of uncomfortable feeling or even inimical sentiment experienced in library. It is a serious psychological barrier hindering users' access to library and first reported by professor Mello in 1986, which commonly exists around users of library and is harmful for users in obtaining information and thinking. This paper analyzed the origin of library anxiety based on investigation from university libraries by focusing on two aspects, including subjective factor from users and objective factor from libraries, and proposed the related solutions from the view of objective factor to release the influence of library anxiety.

The input-output ratio includes two parts: input of library assets, and output of library assets mainly represented by user satisfaction. Based on the analysis of user satisfaction survey by using the input-output ratio, it could more scientifically and reasonably plan and better use the existing funds. Through the feedback information of users, it could improve the service and enhance user satisfaction, thus achieving library management with lower consumption and higher efficiency.

In this thesis, the time features of library service in the environment of mobile internet were briefly analyzed, which respectively were the individuation of users’ demand, the facilitation of system operation, the diversification of information service and the mobilization of users’ behaviors. Service modes were stated from the aspects of text messages, WAP, APP and Wechat, and specific analysis on library’ development dilemma was given. And then four main countermeasures were put forward, and some predictions on library’ development prospect were proposed.

This paper applied comparative study method to compare and analyze the differences between traditional and digital microfilm technologies in aspects including operating principles, development phase, work process, key parameters, conversion mode, storage mode, cost and so on, by taking the traditional microfilm of National Library during these 30 years and digital microfilm technology in nearly 4 years as example, and regarding nearly 10 million films as research samples. Combining with practical work and theoretical research, it studied the differences between traditional and digital microfilm technologies, aiming to better use respective advantages of these two different technologies and provide more convenient service for long-term preservation and protection of literature. Finally it put forward the usage mode of technical route.

Due to the rapid development of internet, Weibo, with its convenient and fast features, is widely accepted by people.Public libraries have also actively carried out official Weibo construction.By investigating the Sina Weibos of provincial public libraries, this paper made an in-depth analysis of opening, content layout and utilization status of these Weibos, and proposed the improvement strategies of library Weibos on overall construction, content organization, releasing time and interaction function.

Makerspace is a kind of new service idea and service mode in the construction of university library. This paper introduced the connotation of makerspace, and evaluated its value and application prospect in university library construction, and then put forward suggestions for university library in building makerspace, hoping to promote the better development of university library.

Taking provincial forestry research institutions as research object, this article analyzed the quantity distribution and source journals of papers published by 25 provincial forestry research institutions in China from Chinese Journal Full-text Database and Chinese Citation Database based on GIS. Using H-index and its derivative indices, it studied these institutions’ academic influence and scientific research cooperation ability, and put forward the corresponding suggestions on enhancing the overall level of scientific research and technological innovation ability of provincial forestry institutions, including increasing economic investment, strengthening research cooperation between institutions, establishing regional scientific research alliance and strengthening scientific research cooperation with forestry universities and Chinese Academy of Forestry.

The further development of information technology has made the network speed of mobile internet (4G) upgraded to ordinary home broadband. Mobile phone and pad have already been very popular in universities, while students prefer mobile reading more than paper reading. Research on the multimedia teaching application, flipped classroom and MOOC has also made some progress. In such a new environment of innovation and reform, the information literacy course should catch the opportunity to walk in the forefront of new teaching mode and platform and solve the problems about quickly updated knowledge and high fragmentation of knowledge. This paper tried to consider the various factors in the new environment and put forward new teaching mode of university’s information literacy, as well as how to build the information platform to support this new mode.

This paper summarized the ischools movement in America, and pointed out its main thoughts in three aspects, first was the definition of library and information science; second was the hierarchy of the disciplines of library and information science; last was the theoretical basis of information research. According to the plight of the development of information science in China, this paper put forward the idea of discipline system reconstitution guided by the ischools, and proposed that scientifically defining the attribution and scope of information science and laying solid theoretical foundation of information science based on the concept of information, was the basic way to reconstitute information science discipline system. It finally gave some own views about information science education after the discipline system reconstitution.

Information literacy education for readers has been the focus of university library. With the development of information technology, university library readers showed new features. For this, Spain’s university libraries took some new methods in readers’ information literacy education, which also had great insight for China’s university libraries. They should improve the deficiencies of current information literacy education and find new suitable methods for readers.

The curriculum development mode based on capability matrix is a differential teaching mode with student centered by learning western advanced education concept and studying students’ characteristics and basic theory of pedagogy. On the basis of analyzing the existing problems in information retrieval teaching, this paper put forward the curriculum design idea based on capability matrix and implemented it in teaching practice in two semesters, and then analyzed the teaching effects.

Farmers' information literacy has concerned farmers' income and rural development, and directly affected the construction of socialist countryside. New-generation farmers are the main part and the force of rural development, whose information literacy determines the speed of rural development and the whole quality of the nation. By taking Jilin province, a major agricultural province, as the example, this paper studied the related issues about new-generation farmers’ information literacy by questionnaire and interview, and put forward the corresponding strategies.

Based on the empirical research, by using the bibliometrics method, 1605 articles in 60 issues of Journal of Huazhong Agricultural University (Natural Science Edition) from 2005 to 2014 were statistically compared and analyzed on some important indicators, such as the article number, fund assistance, high-yield authors and highly cited papers, to reveal the Journal’s academic quality and distribution of research papers. As a high-quality periodical with distinct characteristics and highlighted proceedings, and strong professional and higher academic influence, the journal played an important role in leading and promoting the university’s discipline development. Some suggestions for the journal were given, including exploring and developing to strengthen cooperation inside and outside and carry out multi-level joint research, playing the advantages of agricultural university journal to build a broad and deep academic exchange platform for researchers.

This paper analyzed the problems existing in the journal running of Tropical Agricultural Engineering, and researched the inevitability of renaming journal according to the internal and external situation and the development trend of domestic sci-tech journals, and then pointed out the renaming direction, so as to provide a theoretical reference for the survival and development of this journal.
