Abstract: According to the present situation of domestic and foreign library service theory research and exploration practice, this paper discussed the wisdom factors contained in four main forms of library service including literature service, information service, knowledge service and intelligence service based on new technology and new media environment. At the same time, it extracted the core, essential, normal and simple library occupation value: referring knowledge to intelligence, and pointed out that the organic integration between dominant technology and invisible human wisdom was the effective guarantee of sustainable development of diversified intelligence service, and finally prospected an innovative way of future domestic library's intelligence service.
