Analysis of Communication Ability Promotion and Feasibility of Popular Communication in Sci-tech Periodicals

Abstract: This paper analysed audiences' basic role in constructing communication ability, and put forward the suggestion that sci-tech periodicals should enlarge the scope of audiences toward the public. The article studied the necessity and connotation of popular communication of sci-tech periodicals from the aspects of country, society, open science, existence and development, and also discussed its feasibility in respects of policy environment, user requirements, content production, technical measures, communication model and academic quality. Finally, some problems that need to be sorted out were briefly described.
