China's Tomato Industry Technology Development Based on Patent Analysis

Abstract: Taking the retrieval system of Shanghai intellectual property right (patent information) public service platform as the source of statistics, this paper analyzed the patent application, layout, technical research focus, applicant and the research direction of main applicants in China with the help of patent information analysis method, and revealed the distribution law and characteristics of tomato patent technology, and explored the technological innovation ability and technology level, so as to provide a reference for the field of tomato technology research.
