A Comparative Study of Information Commons Service Model in China’s University Libraries

Abstract: Information commons have become the new trend in the development of university library. The development of information commons service can provide users with more abundant resource and high quality service, and play a vital role in further perfecting the service function of the library. Through the analysis on the significance of domestic university library’s information commons and the comparison of several main service patterns, this paper studied its more important function on the development of university library.
