Construction Mode of Smart Library under New Technical Environment

Abstract: Library as growing organism, was concerned that the development of digital would let it slowly go to decline. However, with the advent of the age of big data, and the introduction of new technologies such as Internet, Internet of things and cloud computing, it has shown unprecedented vigor. The realization of wisdom element including library buildings, resource, service, librarian and readers, will enable the library to leap intellectually.
