User portrait is an important basic work for user segmentation, and also an important means in the data intensive scenarios for commodity recommendation, recommendation service and user management. Based on historical literature of user portrait from the web of sciences during 2012 to 2017, with the research methods of bibliometrics and big data, this paper researched on the characteristics, research hotspot and development trend of user persona, so as to refer the relevant scholars research on dynamic user profiling.

In the new situation with the comprehensive application of globalized network, the managers have faced the diversity and uncertainty in the source and access of online public opinion, and are under the pressure of management efficiency. Based on the assessment architecture and related prediction index data of grey system theory, through the analysis of grey prediction by using the mean absolute error rate and life cycle theory, this paper pointed out the condition and development stage of online public opinion, to explore the management efficiency and improve the utilization rate of online public opinion.

Based on the analysis about open interface operation mechanism of the current wechat public platform, this paper proposed a method based on the wechat API (Application Program Interface) to solve the problem of cross-platform, deployment and development cost of various heterogeneous databases in Changchun Library, and build wechat public platform of Changchun Library which was a powerful tool for public library to carry out mobile service. It described the platform in details from the system architecture, key technologies, functional design and column display and other aspects. The results showed it can greatly save the development time and cost.

Through the introduction of big data, cloud computing and other technologies, the establishment of information resource sharing platform should achieve the information resources sharing and centralized integration of all units of judicial administrative system. This paper discussed the construction scheme of information resource sharing platform based on cloud computing technology from three aspects: infrastructure layer, platform service layer and application service layer.

Mobile information resource construction is the development direction and research focus of library in recent years, most of the libraries are still in the exploratory stage. Based on the network survey about several university libraries and the user questionnaire survey, this paper obtained the current situation and user need of mobile information resource construction in university libraries, and found the problems and deficiencies, and proposed that it can carry out the reform from two aspects of information service and information resource.

Based on website traffic and page rank, this paper evaluated the influence of university websites in Jiangsu-Anhui-Zhejiang-Shanghai area. Using ‘http://tool.chinaz.com/’ as the search tool to get the traffic and page rank data of websites, it studied the data by means of correlation analysis and principal component analysis, and gave an in-depth analysis on the status quo of websites’ influence.

With the development of aquaculture, aquaculture technology has also been booming. In order to more clearly understand the development status and focus, cutting-edge research of aquaculture technology in the nearly decade, based on the related literature data in CNKI database during 2005-2015, this paper used visualization software CiteSpace and social network analysis software Ucinet, to make the knowledge map covering author, institution, keywords and cooperative relationship. The analysis on relevant literature data about aquaculture technology, can more intuitively reveal the development status and focus of aquaculture technology and improve the efficiency of tracking the forefront of scientific research, and provide more effective access to relevant information, and useful reference for corresponding work and future development.

Authors, organization, and cited papers will change with periodical development, diversity of publication, subject development, and direction of periodical. Some of the changes are suitable to periodical development, rather others lag behind the development of periodical, even inconsistent with the expectation of periodical adjustment.Taking papers of Crops during 2012-2016 as an example, guidances for expanding the influence of periodical were analyzed by paper's information, combined with managing practice of Crops.

The highly cited papers published in ACTA EDULIS FUNGI (referred to as AEF hereinafter) from 2007 to 2016 were analyzed to provide insights into manuscript solicitation and core author selection. The research objective was analyzed by SPSS for differences of citation in type of article, first author affiliation, species of research object, and direction of research. Using the selection criteria described in method, 92 papers were designated as highly cited papers out of a total of 708 papers published in AEF from 2007 to 2016. Among these 92 papers, the host unit contributed 30 papers, accounting for 32.6% of all the highly cited papers. Reviews written by members in the editorial board had more citations than that of other reviews. In terms of species of research object, “edible fungi” accounted for the greatest proportion of all the 92 highly cited papers, and “Cordyceps militaris” had the greatest number of papers among all papers with a detailed specific research species. For the correlation of species and first author affiliation, researches on C.militaris, Volvaria volvacea, and Ganoderma Lucidum were relatively concentrated in a few affiliations. In terms of research direction, studies on mushroom cultivation and active ingredients from edible mushroom accounted for over 50% of all the 92 papers. Regardless of publication numbers, articles about analytical methods had relatively high average annual citations. For soliciting practice in future, more attentions should be paid to the editorial board member and affiliations with high citations. Editors should also keep tight focus on trends in research direction and arising new species with the potential to be highly cited in order to improve the overall citation of AEF and its impact factor.

Using the InCites database, a comparative analysis was conducted on the scientific papers of food science discipline for Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences between 2000 and 2016 with the top 10 domestic research institutions. Results showed that comprehensive scientific research strength of food science discipline for Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences maintained rapid growth with the overall strength as NO. 6, but academic influence and innovation ability were relatively weak, several comparative indexes were low-ranking. Such suggests were proposed that the overall strength and competitiveness of food science discipline should be enhanced comprehensively by optimizing the system and mechanism, integrating research strength, improving creative talents, cultivating big platform.

As the most popular mobile social APP in China, wechat brings powerful opportunities as well as challenges to university libraries. This paper described a case study on how Shanghai University Library implemented wechat app to promote and manage library service. The results showed the benefits brought by wechat app in mobile client, as easy and quick access to library collection, personal library records, books renewal, library facilities utilization and brand activity promotion, and demonstrated that wechat has become a new powerful platform for promoting and managing library service, the mobile library for readers, an important channel for library to respond to mobile reading service and maintain relationship with patrons, as well as a new growth pole for library innovation.

Visual design should comply with visual trend and pay attention to color matching, through the questionnaire survey to ensure website conform to the user's visual aesthetic; During the interfacial design, unfamiliar vocabulary should be avoided. It reviewed the development of information literacy education and analyzed the existing problems of information literacy education in big data and "Internet +"environment,and put forward the ways and methods of professional development of literature information literacy education under the development model and concept of "Internet + Library".

In order to research the relationship among the periodical evaluation indexes including paper quantity, total cited frequency, impact factor and comprehensive evaluation score. Literature measurement and statistical methods were used to analyzed the four indexes with SPSS 19.0 based on the data from 2014 China's Science and Technology Journal Citation Reports (Core) by Science and Technology Information Research Institute of China. The results showed that the amount of published articles were positive related to the cited frequency; the number and impact factor and comprehensive evaluation score in physics were positively correlated, but in agriculture and agricultural engineering, clinical medicine, electronic technology, computer science and technology showed no correlation; the cited frequency, impact factor and comprehensive evaluation score were positively correlated, especially between impact factor and comprehensive evaluation score. It illustrated that cited frequency, impact factor and comprehensive evaluation score influenced each other, and played a major role in the periodical evaluation. In addition, the appropriate number was in favour of improving cited frequency, which provided reference for periodicals to improve influence.

The publishing mode of RSC Advances, an academic journal of the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), was analyzed to provide suggestions for improving the quality and influence of China's sci-tech journals.
