Taking SCI-E database of Web of Science as data source, this paper collected the QTL mapping papers of twelve main crops cited during 2003 to 2017, and used bibliometrics to analyze the features of paper numbers, compare research emphasis of different countries and authors, reveal the development status of research in major crops in the past fifteen years, clear the top institutions, groups and main stream journals, explore the research hotspots, identify international status, clarify the existing problems and predict the development status, so as to offer some reference for the researchers in the future. Based on the data of five core journals in the field of domestic information science, this research formed 16 research topics, and obtained the quotation of 16 themes in 2007-2016 from the citation database of CNKI. The trend is expressed in terms of the number of documents, and the quotation stood for the user need. By analyzing the user's reference data, it evaluated the trend of all the topics. And finally through two dimensions of the text trend (Trend) and rate (Rate) , it formed four regions, and analyzed the research themes of every region to determine the research gap in the field of information science and gave the research priority. The results showed that emergencies, information dissemination and information ecology had a high priority in the field of information science. On the basis of expounding relevant concepts, it analyzed the elements and value dimensions of agricultural network information ecological chain, and constructed the value model of agricultural network information ecological chain. The study on measuring and evaluating inventor influence is one of the most hottest topics in patent analysis field, which is quite meaningful for detecting new technology development and introducing research talents. In this paper, the influence of patent inventor was evaluated both qualitatively and quantitatively by two dimensions, namely innovation ability and cooperation ability. It calculated the inventors' contribution based on their orders in the patent to evaluate the innovation ability and use the topological features of the patent cooperation network to measure the cooperation ability. Finally, the patent dataset from the recommender system was used to verify the approach. Compared with traditional methods using patent amount and cooperate frequency as evaluating indexes to rank the inventors, this method can locate the various types of key inventors and provide a positive research start for the objective evaluation of inventor influence. Based on the principle of loyalty design, a virtual community user loyalty index evaluation system was established by combining qualitative and quantitative methods, and using the AHP to calculate the weight of user loyalty index, and the concrete method to calculate the evaluating value of loyalty evaluation was given. Combined with a specific virtual community, it also verified the process of loyalty calculation. The conclusion of the study can be used as the basis of subdivision of users in virtual communities and provide value to users on this basis. On the basis of statistical analysis, it found out the technology keywords of transferred patent title by using word segmentation and then built the keywords co-occurrence network. Through the network structure analysis, the regional hot demand technologies of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei were identified across the communities. Firstly, the demand for manufacturing technology was the strongest. Secondly, based on the six communities network technology keywords, it dug the six hottest demand technology involving communication, medicine, manufacturing industry, electric power, electronic components and detection class. Thirdly, hot demand technology mainly focused on production process and information technology industry. When compared with the traditional documents and hot spots based on patent application data, this research gave the idea of hot spot identification of technology demand based on patent technology transaction data, which can provide the decision-making support for concerning technical market, identifying the technical requirements from technology transaction data, guiding the research and development direction and improving the conversion rate of technological achievements. The current ranking rules have high demands on the quantity and reliability, while it is easy to fake with high management costs. This paper used structural equation model to explore the factors affecting the usefulness of online reviews and its mechanism, so as to provide reference for the research. Based on literature review, the model was constructed by adopting the influence of perceived authenticity, perceived value and perceived authority on the perceived usefulness.The data was collected by questionnaire survey and processed by AMOS software to verify the fitting performance and make validation analysis, and SPSS software to test intermediate effect. The model fitting degree was high, which illustrated that the construction of the model had certain persuasiveness: perceived value had partial mediating effect, and the perceived authenticity affected the perceived authority and finally influenced the perceived usefulness of online reviews. Research showed that the knowledge management of industry-university cooperation team played an important role in the knowledge transfer strategy whether to take the knowledge transfer to the members of the other unit. The knowledge transfer behavior of members was affected by the size of team knowledge management, and it also reacted to the team's knowledge management decisions. Furthermore, it discussed the evolution model of the maximum return of both sides of the game and the control effect of knowledge transfer income on decision making process, and obtained the Pareto optimality model of the dynamic effects of multidimensional factors. Through the combination of relevant theories and research results, together with interviews from experts, it proposed measuring scale of organizational identification and librarian innovation behavior, dividing organizational identification into four dimensions, including organizational recognition, organizational belonging, leadership recognition and workmate relationship;and librarian innovation behavior into three dimensions, including idea generation, idea promotion and idea implementation. Taking librarians in different universities as subjects, together with questionnaire and SPSS, AMOS software analysis, it found that organizational belonging and workmate relationship had a significant path coefficient with librarian innovation behavior, workmate relationship had the greatest impact on innovation behavior, leadership recognition and organizational recognition had the notable path coefficient with organizational belonging and workmate relationship. This paper attempted to introduce the mature particle swarm intelligence algorithm to the text classification field. The text preprocessing model was constructed, which was the foundation of text categorization model. A text categorization model Text PSO-Miner based on PSO was constructed and tested and compared on the vector space matrix of text set. Text PSO-Miner performance indicators were better than the classic classification model（SVM,KNN,NB） and ACO based text classification model. The results showed that Text PSO-Miner can be better applied to text categorization.
