Influence of Information Retrieval Strategy on Science and Technology Novelty Retrieval Quality

Abstract: Information retrieval strategy is the key link of science and technology novelty retrieval. This paper discussed the influence of information retrieval strategy, including retrieval resource, retrieval terms, retrieval pattern, information retrieval way, on science and technology novelty retrieval quality and advised some improving measures and ways for information retrieval strategy.
