This paper used patent applications, IPC, patent authorization ratio, H index, G index, effective rate of patent and exploitive rate of patent to assess the technical innovation ability of China’s universities, and applied SPSS to verify there were effective systematicness and feasibility among these seven indicators, which could quantify objectively the technical innovation ability of universities.

According to the characteristics of information dissemination in SNS websites, this paper presented the SNS personal information communication model based on Lasswell’s "5W" mode, and comprehensively analyzed the characteristics of three types of SNS personal information communication models, and then analyzed the application of SNS personal information communication model in agricultural information service, and pointed out the important role of SNS website in agricultural informatization.

After fully analyzing the necessity of academic dissertation full-text database construction, this paper proposed countermeasures and suggestions for the academic dissertation full-text database construction in National Library of China to further deepen and develop the dissertation resource.

Through the questionnaire survey, field visits and other survey methods on higher vocational college teachers and students in Nanjing and surrounding cities, this paper analyzed the situation of higher vocational college students’ digital resource needs in Web2.0 environment. On this basis, guided by the digital information organization and Web2.0 theory and technology, and combined with the actual situation of Nanjing Vocational and Technical College Library’s digital resource construction, it built a feasible digital resource organization model based on users’ personalized demand.

Taking Beijing Normal University Library for example, this paper introduced the criterion and method of coordination, and summarized the problems and work experience, and proposed suggestions for guaranteeing foreign paper periodical literature resource.

Digital data is another important resource in modern society, and library is the important department to search and save this resource with nonprofit nature in its maintenance and use. There were some problems in the process of digital resource acquisition in current domestic library. This paper tried to solve these problems and proposed some suggestions from the specification of standardized operation process, the mechanism of group acquisition and the construction of acquisition quality evaluation system, to achieve efficient digital resource acquisition process.

Taking 1664 papers on library knowledge management research from CNKI Chinese Journal Full-text Database in 1999-2013 as the source of statistics, this paper conducted word frequency statistics for 6061 keywords with the help of BICOMB software, to build Ci matrix and co-word analysis matrix, and applied cluster analysis and multidimensional scaling by using SPSS software to draw out the visualization map domain for library knowledge management, and presented the research hotspots and status of China’s library knowledge management research.

Taking China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database as data source, and applying bibliometrics method, this paper made a bibliometric analysis on papers in the realm of Lavandula ottleinalis Chax research in China from aspects of published time, journal distribution, author distributio，subject distribution and so on, so as to provide reference for further research and development.

The bio-pharmaceutical industry is one of strategic emerging industries with high investment and high profit, which obtains the support of many countries and regions and is being at the fast development phase. The basic indicators of Tianjin’s bio-pharmaceutical patents were studied by using various IPC patent No. in SooPAT (Chinese Patent Search Platform), to provide competitive intelligence for Tianjin’s bio-pharmaceutical industry. By comparing the basic indicators of bio-pharmaceutical patents between Tianjin and Beijing-Shanghai-Chongqing and several regions, the development condition and competitive situation of Tianjin’s bio-pharmaceutical patents were evaluated, and some suggestions were given.

The application of wechat public platform in provincial public library reading promotion is one of the important book operation forms in micro era. Based on the introduction about the application status of wechat public platform in provincial public library, and the case of Heilongjiang Provincial Library, this paper analyzed the five modules including book retrieval, loan inquiry, book promotion, digital reading and off-line activity, and pointed out three existing problems in the reading promotion of wechat public platform, covering content form, reading function and reading promotion means, and then explored the strategies to improve the application level of wechat public platform in provincial public library reading promotion.

Based on the investigation of valid users’ off-campus access service mode to library’s electronic resource in Gansu’s universities, this paper analyzed and compared two major technical implementation ways, and proposed the construction suggestions on library’s electronic resource off-campus access system, and then pointed out that universities should take an active part in constructing off-campus access system to guarantee users’ legal right in using resource in new environment

In the information era, how to acquire, store, organize and use personal information, and how to protect personal information security and avoid risk when people face vast amounts of information have no time to delay. The good or poor of personal information management profoundly affect people’s life and work efficiency. Uncontrolled and unorganized information don't constitute needed resource, in reverse, they confuse people and prevent people absorbing and utilizing information. Therefore, it should overcome discrete and fragmentized phenomenon, and strengthen the management, development and utilization of personal information resource. To protect personal information security for risk avoidance has been the main task in the information era.

This paper introduced the background, concept of makerspace, and studied foreign and domestic development status of makerspace, and mainly analyzed the multiple meanings of makerspace development in university library under the background of innovation education, and at last analyzed the difficulties in the makerspace development in China’s university library and proposed relevant suggestions.

This paper put forward how to eliminate the negative influence among the stakeholders of library alliance through the balanced development.

The current features of library microfilm marketing were summarized by using network content and factor induction analysis and selecting library microfilm marketing samples through website content survey. Firstly, socialization became the main marketing body of library microfilm marketing. Secondly, students became the main body in creation. Thirdly, marketing content per unit time was abundant. At last, the audience of library microfilm was related with the quantities of video-published websites. On the basis, this paper proposed development strategies on library microfilm marketing, including strengthening the management of creation and spreading utilization, participating in the construction of microfilm actively, accelerating the integration of library microfilm marketing and other marketing channels.

In order to understand the influence of MOOC on information literacy education in universities, this paper investigated the information literacy situation of 5 universities in Guangzhou, and analyzed the characteristics of traditional curriculum and MOOC from the aspects of learner, teaching object, teaching content, teaching way, teacher and evaluation mode. Based on the analysis, it put forward that the integration innovation of traditional curriculum and MOOC was the new development direction of information literacy education in the future.

In the information age, according to student’s personality and learning needs, implementing hierarchical and staged information literacy teaching with students as the center can really improve college students’ information literacy.

Objective: the correlation between reading value orientation and college students’ self-confidence. Method: using self-acceptance scale and reading value orientation questionnaire to conduct questionnaire investigation during 180 students of reading club(experimental group) and 200 students of non-reading club(control group). Result: the total self-confidence score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the reading club students had higher reading value orientation. There was a positive correlation between reading value orientation and college students’ self-confidence. Conclusion: reading value orientation was one of the important factors to improve college students’ self-confidence. So universities should make full use of library resource to strengthen the theoretical education, and apply the reading therapy to improve college students’ self-confidence.

Keeping reader’s personal information is one of library duties. In internet era, Reader’s records was retained when they used resource, service, platform and database. Library should establish a set of standard and reasonable and easy-to-use safeguards to protect reader’s personal information.

This paper first discussed the definition of information literacy and its evolution at home and abroad. By introducing the practice done by National Library of China in resource integration, online reading, multimedia reading service, it tried to explore the new strategies and service mode of information literacy education for public library, as well as the future development of subject education for library science.

Through investigating the status of freshmen service in university libraries, this paper analyzed the aspects of freshmen library entrance education, freshmen column, freshmen theme activities, and the new media application in freshmen service, and pointed out the existing problems, including that specialized service personnel was insufficient, service consciousness needed to be improved, service content should be further expanded, and then put forward some countermeasures, like arranging freshmen service personnel, strengthening the service concept, carrying out freshmen service in the new season and freshmen reading promotion activities, as well as human library activities for freshmen.
