Research on the present situation of the University Library and the improvement of the scientific research ability of the Librarians based on the research methodology

Abstract: Library has long been a junior role compared with teaching department, and main work of librarians are borrowing, returning and searching of literature, resulting in lack of scientific research consciousness. With the development of the times, Library has gradually become the forefront of scientific research and the quality of scientific research has become a new requirement for librarians.Methodology is a system aiming at solving the problem, and it analyzes a series of specific methods, summarize and finally obtain a general principle.Methodology can inspire and help librarians to use scientific methods to solve problems, so as to improve their scientific research ability.
