Research on the Service Mechanics of Cooperation Repository

Abstract: Based on the service concept and purpose of cooperation repository. The article analyses the conditions to achieve the purpose of service, including creating the good service environment, supporting resources, improving the technical conditions. Then the article proposes the mechanism to build services from four areas: improve service techniques, group literature resources as comprehensive as possible, innovative service content, establish reasonable fee system.
