Study on Libraries Alliance Construction under the Trend of Radical Collaboration

Abstract: Analyze the characters of Domestic libraries alliance, including the flexibility of the collaborational model,its service content and regional improvement difference ,analyze the requirements for domestic libraries alliance, come up with the stragies and methods for domestic libraries alliance improvement under the trend of radical collaboration.
