Abstract: [Purpose/Significance]the research on domestic regional collaborative innovation and information service platform is still in its infancy, which helps to grasp the research direction and provide theoretical support for subsequent practice research. [Method/Process]with the help of the existing research results, we analyzed and definedthe related theoretical problems one by one. [Result/Conclusion]we solvedthe motivation and direction of the undergraduate research in theory.
