Abstract: With the rapid development of China's economy, coordinated progress and resource sharing have promoted the process of regional integration. The establishment of university library think-tank provides high quality theoretical guarantee for regional economic construction. But a single theoretical dependence can hinder its development, Therefore, the establishment of university library think-tank alliance can solve the problems of the uniqueness, and effectively promote the development of think-tanks.
