Research on the Construction of Universal Reading Promotion Service System under the Perspective of Regional Library Consortia

Abstract: The development of Internet has made a qualitative change in the form of universal reading. Different from the traditional way of information acquisition, the regional library consortia provides a better service platform for the public reading in the new environment. In the clear division of labor and strong information technology support, the perfect alliance synergy system can promote the construction of universal reading promotion service system, and be conducive to stimulate the reader's interest in reading and meet the needs of readers, broaden the scope of reading.
