A Preliminary Study on the Transformation of Social Science Library

Abstract: Since 21st Century, the rapid spread of high-speed Internet, together with the development of information technology has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to social science libraries. Through dealing with the challenges calmly and wisely, and seizing the opportunities properly and quickly, the social science libraries, such as that of Institute of Economics of Chinese Academic of Social Sciences, finally found out a developing road of transformation.
