Aiming to meet the personalized services demand when user query the information of literature in storage by digital library, a user’s interest model of university’s digital library was built with the statistical method explicitly of user feedbacking. It analysed the users' inquiry request and the record of clicking and browsing in the server of digital library of university, excavated the related between the record of user’s inquiring and clicking with user’s interest, realized the renewal of user’s interest model based on user’s historical behaviors about browsing and clicking. At the same time, through calculating the influence factor of user's interest model to the inquiring result, it have realized the optimizing sort of digital library retrieve results based on user’s interest model.

The paper selected 136 representative agricultural e-commerce entities in Jiangsu province to conduct a survey from various perspectives, including their basic online situation, investment, application, profit, influence and future development trend. Based on the investigation, the paper depicted the overall outlook of agricultural e-commerce in Jiangsu province; at the same time, it made regional comparison among southern Jiangsu, central Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu.

The subject of this paper was to investigate user requirement for Chinese digital resources in National Library of China from three aspects: the usage evaluation of existing digital resources, the potential demands of digital resource construction and the user requirement for digital resource distribution and access. Based on the analysis, the paper proposed some corresponding suggestions to promote the scientific and sustainable development of National Library's digital resource construction, and provide realistic references for making scientific planning for digital resource construction.

The purpose of digital library construction is to get more and more fitness with the knowledge service system. In the near future, the digital library will be a system integrating the knowledge service. This thesis illustrated the functional features of digital library construction under the perspective of knowledge service system, the overall framework of digital library meeting the demand of knowledge service system, and the function, design, implementation process of the front page of digital library.

Information resource co-construction and sharing is an important part of information resource construction in university libraries. Based on the investigation and analysis about the status of information resource co-construction and sharing of university libraries in Heilongjiang province, this paper summarized the problems existing in information resource co-construction and sharing, and then put forward the strategies of realizing information resource co-construction and sharing of university libraries in Heilongjiang province.

From the perspective of library alliance, this paper first introduced the domestic and foreign situation of library alliance's group purchase of electronic resources, and analyzed the cost-effectiveness about domestic group purchase, and then did some in-depth analysis about the relationship between library alliance and data vendors, among library alliance members and data vendors by using the game theory. Finally, aiming at the deficiency, some suggestions were put forward, including establishing effective communication mechanism, enriching purchasing needs, standardizing the purchasing license agreement and perfecting the supervision and evaluation system.

Taking Nanjing Library as an example, this paper briefly discussed why public library filmed featured video, and described its technical standard, working mode, operation process and attentive points in detail, and then proposed four thinking based on the working practice.

This paper introduced the contents of e-book resource construction in university library, including e-book selection, duplication-checking, acceptance and later maintenance and management work, and put forward a simple and feasible method for e-book duplication-checking, and then used SQL Server database to manage the purchased e-book resources in Library of Xiaozhuang University, and finally discussed how to improve the utilization rate of e-books.

Through researching on sequential pattern mining algorithms, this paper combined sequential pattern mining technology with digital library, and implemented it from three aspects. Firstly, mining readers' access log sequence under web environment could provide personalized service for every reader. Secondly, on the basic of the rejection sets and frequent borrowing sets mined, libraries could periodically supplement characteristic resource. Thirdly, using mining technology and analyzing resource utilization could direct the procurement of library electronic resource and realize intelligent service.

The paper introduced the retrieval method and personalized customized function of Thieme database by specific examples, so as to provide guidance for researchers engaged in medicine and pharmacy in the respect of literature retrieval.

Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences has made a large number of major scientific and technological achievements in gene research recent years. In order to grasp the current situation of the rapid development in the field of gene research, this paper analyzed research literature of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences by bibliometrics method and finally deduced some conclusions, which provided reference data for researchers' further research and development plan.

This paper takes 478 papers on interlibrary loan from ISI Web of Science platform as analytical samples, we have constructed mapping knowledge of 1984-2014 by using visualization software CiteSpaceⅡand analyze countries and institutions, research frontier, research hotspots and development trend.

The basic situation of 900 kinds of agriculture-related journals was statistically analyzed according to the journal citation reports from 2013 to 2014 compiled by Institute for Scientific Information (ISI).It was pointed out that the journals mainly distributed in the four countries, including United States, Britain, Netherlands and Germany, and published mainly in English. SCI included only 17 kinds of Chinese agriculture-related journals with narrow coverage, unbalanced subject distribution and low impact factor. By analyzing the general information of agriculture-related journals indexed by SCI, it tried to further improve information dissemination depth and breadth of agricultural science papers, and also provide a certain guiding significance for agricultural research staff to gain scientific dynamic.

The number of papers published in SCI (Science Citation Index) journals and their cited times by other papers as well as impact factors of these SCI Journals have become important indicators for China's scientific performance evaluation system. Nevertheless, how to use these indicators for effectively evaluating research staff is still a controversial topic. From the analysis on advantages and disadvantages of SCI indicators, combined with the history of China's scientific research development and the process of personnel growth, the applicability of SCI indicators were comprehensively analyzed on the evaluation of scientific research achievements. Quantity of SCI papers should be used as an indicator for evaluating young scientists while the cited time of the papers by SCI journals should be considered as an important indicator for selecting high-end talents and evaluating national scientific and technological achievements, especially for the evaluation of National Awards for Natural Sciences. Using suitable SCI indicators in scientific performance evaluation system will not only promote scientific and technological innovation, and also play an important role in creating a good competiton environment for scientific research.

Based on SCI-E and SSCI, this paper made data investigation and quantitative analysis of three countries' funded papers, including U.K, U.S.A and China, about library and information science between 2009 and 2014, aiming to provide some useful reference for the improvement of China's science fund system and the formulation of library and information science funding strategy through the comparison of this three countries in funding performance, cooperation, multiple funding and fund agency. Results showed: China had large paper outputs with low quality, mainly relying on domestic funding, and duplicate funding phenomenon existed. U.K had better funding performance and overall quality, mainly relying international cooperation and foreign aid funding, and the lack of funding was obvious. U.S.A had significant funding performance and high overall quality, mainly relying on domestic fund with the domestic partnership oriented, and was also lack of funding.

Since 21st Century, the rapid spread of high-speed Internet, together with the development of information technology has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to social science libraries. Through dealing with the challenges calmly and wisely, and seizing the opportunities properly and quickly, the social science libraries, such as that of Institute of Economics of Chinese Academic of Social Sciences, finally found out a developing road of transformation.

The strategic transformation of local universities has created important opportunities for university libraries' great development, prosperity and change. They should break the bottlenecks, grasping the opportunities and facing the challenges, to achieve the transformation from resource-oriented to service-oriented and build a new service environment and social exchange space, and explore the way of transformation development.

With the mobile Internet technology becoming mature and perfect, all kinds of mobile applications are developing rapidly and the position of mobile phone as the biggest internet terminal is more and more stable. WeChat has become a way to obtain information in daily life, learning and working. The paper first introduced the development and the basic function of WeChat. Then it analyzed the characteristics of WeChat users' information behaviors, and pointed out that WeChat impacted user information behaviors, mainly reflecting in information demand behavior, sharing behavior, utilization behavior and interaction behavior. Finally, it put forward the countermeasures to develop information service for library under the WeChat environment, in order to be a valuable reference for the research and practice of library.

The significance of public library's reading guidance was elaborated. The types and characteristics of readers, and the contents of reading guidance were analyzed. Some suggestions were put forward to strengthen the public library's reading guidance work.

Aiming at the early construction, outdated layout and old facilities in liberal arts branch and medical branch of Shandong University Library, big circulation service mode was implemented by importing 6S on-site management system which was widely applied in enterprise management. The specific ideas containing seiri, seiton, seiketsu, shitsuke, safety, saving were comprehensively applied in the practice of library to improve the environment of library and meet readers' needs for literature information, as well as play the overall efficiency of collection resources and improve the service quality and readers' satisfaction.

According to the living conditions of small and medium-sized libraries, by expressing the significance and approach of the construction of characteristic database, the article pointed out that the only way of this kind of libraries to survive and develop in the fierce market competition was to build their own database and form their core competitiveness.

The development stage of digital library in some European countries has entered a more mature period. This essay introduced the construction project of digital library in France, Germany, Russia, Denmark, Finland, Spain, Holland and Britain. Finally it provided the suggestions for the construction of Digital Library in China.

With the development of social media technology, social networking tools have become more and more popular, such as blog, micro-blog, WeChat. The position of mobile phone, as the biggest internet terminal, is more and more stable. Micro-media has broadened the way of library's reading guidance. This paper first introduced the development of micro-media, and analyzed its influences and challenges to the reading guidance of library. Finally, it put forward some suggestions for carrying out the reading guidance in the micro-media environment to provide a valuable reference for the research and practice of library's reading guidance.

This paper expounded the role of rural libraries in the cultural construction of new countryside, and then proposed optimizing measures through analyzing the current situation and problems of rural library construction, which was that rural library should improve fund, resource allocation, training, management system, service mode and resource sharing, to serve the cultural construction of new countryside.

As a new way of learning and teaching, Micro-lecture has been deeply applied in classroom teaching abroad, but at home it is still in the initial stage, especially for library. This article introduced the micro-lecture to information retrieval course, and explored online course construction through curriculum integration, so as to improve the students' information literacy.

Based on the analysis about the development and characteristics of WeChat, this paper defined the information interactive behavior and analyzed the dynamic mechanism of college student group's information interactive behaviors, and then put forward some suggestions about constructing the information interaction model of WeChat public platform for university library, in order to provide valuable reference for library research and practice.

Informatization construction is an important part in the development of university library, which can effectively improve the internal management of library and transform library's reader service, making library information resources present in a more diverse way. University library has also faced the following problems in the development process: uneven level of infrastructure construction, unbalanced quantity and quality of digital resources, insufficient information capabilities of librarians. In order to effectively improve the informatization construction level of university library, this paper made recommendations in three areas: forming university library cooperation alliance, developing digital information resources, improving the training for librarians.

This paper analyses the composition of author team for agricultural technical periodicals, and expounds the development way, training method and stability measurement of author group for agricultural technical periodicals.

Reference is an indispensable part of scientific papers, but there are many irregularities of cataloguing. Based on the investigation of 3139 references of domestic mainstream scientific journals of forestry, errors in the reference citation, including identifiers misuse, wrong page numbers, wrong responsibility items, wrong title and time and version, repeat citing, etc. were found and showed by examples. The mode containing author, editor and reviewer checking was suggested to eliminate these errors.

Objective: Journals of agricultural science and technology have regional, seasonal, diverse and professional characteristics. It is important that how to provide some needed information for readers timely, conveniently and effectively, to expand the reader groups and enlarge the influence of periodicals, so as to promote healthy development of journals. Methods: To establish the WeChat public platform for 4G mobile phone to promote the development of journals of agricultural science and technology, and gradually improve it in the actual operation process. Conclusion: The WeChat public platform for 4G mobile phone can play a bigger role in popularizing journals of agricultural science and technology.

This article focused on China-funded management consulting companies. It analyzed the business process of management consulting service and designed a reasonable framework of knowledge management. By making the department of knowledge management more professional, updating knowledge management system according to specific rules and sharing information among consultants more formally, the firms could reach the goal of increasing the management efficiency. In this thesis, a simple analysis on recent change of reading promotion in public libraries was made from aspects of service scope, ways and content. Promotion mode of reading in public libraries was explicitly illustrated from aspects of reading promotion subjects, readers, reading objects and promotion media. On these grounds, three-dimensional reading service was promoted to be constructed from aspects of traditional media promotion, socialized media promotion and mobile library promotion. Finally, the joint force and brand problems were pointed out to be paid significant attention in the construction process of new mode, so as to provide efficient experience for the promotion service of three-dimensional reading.

Using the advantages of micro-blog and WeChat to carry out the embedded service of library has been another important part of library's service innovation. Based on the current situation of library's micro service, this article provided some suggestions on how to offer readers more quality services for reference.

In the past five years, with subject knowledge service as the main service, Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University Library has achieved good effect through value-added service to provide schools readers a new learning experience. Taking the subject knowledge service practice of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University Library as an example, this paper fully presented the knowledge service innovation pattern from organizational structure, activity planning, service content, service mode, execution effect.

Digital resources promote effect is directly related to the effects of library digital resource utilization. In Henan university library as an example, investigated the present situation of the university library digital resources utilization, analyzed the causes of the digital resources utilization rate is not high, probed into the ways to improve the effect of digital resources to promote service.

Through the analysis about the research background and status quo of information commons and subject service, this article put forward that exploration on building information commons for subject service was an important transformation and innovation road for the library in our school. And starting from the actual situation, it discussed the necessary conditions, model construction, spatial planning, resource allocation, service expanding, etc. and attempted to construct the path for our library to build information commons for subject service.

The paper analyzed four models of university library's and pointed out that regional library alliance was the effective means to carry out socialized service, and then studied the socialized service practice of five forms of regional university library alliance and found the main problems, and finally got the proposals to improve the socialized service ability of regional university library alliance.

For public library, using WeChat public platform to carry out the service for the readers is the current needs of society and the way for effective use of library resources. From the perspective of WeChat’s characteristics, the library service model based on WeChat platform was discussed, including digital reference service, intelligent search service and smart reply of WeChat public platform.

By comparing the national reading data over the years, this paper analyzed the national reading orientation at this stage. Aiming at the development situation of mobile library at home and abroad, it made a detail analysis about the functions, design principles and service model of mobile information service platform construction based on digital reading.

With the development of internet and communication techniques as well as media convergence, the society has entered the era of mobile internet which led to the generation of mobile reading. Mobile reading has emerged as an essential part of life and the era of mobile reading is coming. Library should give attention into and put effects into following the change of reading habit, optimizing the reading content, exploring the library service reform and establishing digital reading services.

Digital library is the institution providing information service to users. With the network developing from traditional Internet to mobile Internet, digital library must adapt to the changes of user behavior and research library service based on intelligent mobile terminal. The characteristics of library service based on the mobile terminal included portable mobility, immediacy, high efficiency, economy and extensibility. The basic work procedure of digital library's information push service contained users' login registration, constructing a user model, screening resource matching and users' feedback.

Nowadays, systems of the performance evaluation of subject librarians in universities are different. The paper analyzes the status of performance appraisal of subject librarian at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of University Libraries in China, introduces the "360-degree Feedback Assessment ". It discusses the concept of “360-degree Feedback Assessment” , the characteristics of the method, the introduction of the significance, why we apply it to the evaluation and what should be paid attention to in evaluation, discussion on the application of the method in the appraisal of the subject librarians.
