Research on the Competence Index Construction and Performance Evaluation of Library Circulation Staff

Abstract: The library circulation staff competency model was established based on the feature of library circulation work by means of competence theory. The competency index was constructed by the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory and performance evaluation model of the circulation staff was discussed.
