Practice and Exploration on Subject Service Reform of Middle and Small University Libraries ——A Case Study of Subject Service Practice in Shanxi University Library

Abstract: Focusing on the existing problems in the subject service of middle and small university libraries such as the lack of reserve talents and the low service level, this paper took the reform practice of subject service in Shanxi University Library as an example to propose the countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of service strategy making, service mode selection, team construction, service system building, promotion and popularization.
