Discuss on the Construction of Local University Library under the Background of “Two First-class” Construction

Abstract: The construction of first-class university and first-class discipline has been raised on national development strategy. As an important safeguard and service organization of teaching and scientific research as well as campus culture construction, it is worth discussing how university library to adapt to the new situation. This paper discussed the development of library construction in the aspects of resource, space, technology, personnel, service based on the situation need of higher education development and the characteristics of local university, and put forward the preliminary idea on how to make the performance evaluation of the library resource.
