Study on the Socialization of University Library’s Information Service Oriented to the Development of Regional Economy and Society

Abstract: Focusing on the socialization of domestic university library’s information service with widespread public concern, this paper analyzed its theoretical basis, domestic status as well as the dominant constraints, and then elaborated the specific solutions and how to provide society-oriented and specialized information service for the public with consideration of library’s features and modern information technology.
