Thinking of Rural Library Status and Digital Construction Under the Background of Internet+ Era:With the Construction of the Rural Library Project in Tianjin City Xiqing District as an Example

Abstract: In current society,Rural Library shows out so many problems and defects,so under the background of Internet+ Era,how to use existing technology to improve the construction of Rural Library digitization and provide more convenient and thoughtful service to the peasant readers, so as to promote the sustainable development of Rural Library. This article will start from the investigation and analysis of the status quo about the Rural Library, carry on the elaboration to the digital Rural Library construction of content resources and the realization of network, mode of operation, improve the management mechanism, in order to provide reference for the construction of Rural Library digitalization.
