Fully Playing the Role of Rural Libraries in the Cultural Construction of New Countryside

Abstract: This paper expounded the role of rural libraries in the cultural construction of new countryside, and then proposed optimizing measures through analyzing the current situation and problems of rural library construction, which was that rural library should improve fund, resource allocation, training, management system, service mode and resource sharing, to serve the cultural construction of new countryside.
