Abstract: The development of rural library is the important part of the cultural construction of new socialist countryside.is the important way to improve the diathesis of peasantry education and culture. The essay fixes eyes on the rural library of Heilongjiang province. Starting from the rural library characteristics of Heilongjiang province, introduce the particular library examples in Heilongjiang rural place. And the paper has viewed the development strategy of rural library in Heilongjiang province.
