The Service Marketing Innovation of Rural Library Based on Perspective of Stakeholders

Abstract: This paper puts forward a user-centered library stakeholder value model and value innovation system,and points out that in the new environment,the rural library should fully realize their value through systematic service marketing innovation,including innovation of service concept,service content,service mode,service process and organization,etc.
