HTML5 Technology on the Construction of "Rural Library" Platform of Enlightenment

Abstract: Through the analysis of "rural library" construction, proposes the university library by using HTML5 technology, to solve the "rural library" construction of the capital, management, reading habits and other issues, has very important enlightenment for the construction of "rural library" platform.
