Cooperative Research on Intellectual Property Rights Based on Patent Data under Collaborative Innovation Environment

Abstract: Universities are the overall guiding units for collaborative innovation center. Exploring the development of collaborative innovation activities in universities has great significance to build national development strategy for collaborative innovation. In this paper, based on the data of collaborative patent from the year of 2000 to 2016 in Nanjing Tech University, the industry-university-research collaborative innovation network were constructed by using social network analysis. And then, the evolution trend, cooperative network feature, technical field and the inventor team of patent cooperation were analyzed. The results showed that the application of patent cooperation in universities was active in the context of collaborative innovation, but it was still in the primary stage of development. At last, it explored the bottleneck and problems in the development of university collaborative innovation, and put forward some strategies and suggestions.
