Analysis on Electronic Resource Efficiency Based on Dynamic Network DEA Mode

Abstract: Utility efficiency is the key factor for the application of electronic resource in colleges and universities. Based on the characteristics of university library, this paper established the evaluation index system for utility efficiency of electronic resource, and constructed the dynamic network DEA model based on DEA. By using the method of network DEA, it evaluated the utility efficiency of purchased 6 foreign electronic resource in 6 different subjects in Tianjin Medical University, and gave the relevant suggestions for library's electronic resource construction and promotion in the future.
