The First Exploration of foreign Library electronic resources performance evaluation projects and indexes system

Abstract: The paper firstly has introduced the interpretation of electronic resources performance evaluation;Secondly,combining with EQUINOX、ARL E-Metrics、COUNTER and other foreign electronic resources performance evaluation projects,it has constructed the foreign electronic resources performance evaluation indexes system table;Finally,combining with the foreign experiences,it has put forward the sustainable development road of domestic electronic resources performance evaluation.
