Operating Mechanism of Librarians’ Professional Decision-making

Abstract: Librarians has played more and more important role in the 'decision-making of library. In order to ensure the sustainable development of librarians' professional autonomy, it is necessary to establish a scientific professional librarians’ decision-making operating mechanism and evaluation system. From the perspective of system theory, this operating mechanism should include the basic structure of element unit, the effective operation of internal program and the inherent limitation of operating rules, as well as the interaction and inter-affection, so as to constitute an organic whole decision- making mechanism and make professional decision-making towards dynamic balance and ensure the reasonable and effective decision-making.
