Innovation and Development of Library’s Public Cultural Service Model Based on "Internet +" Thinking

Abstract: This paper analyzed the publicity of library, and explored new changes of library’s public cultural service in the "Internet +" era from the scope of service, service model and service personnel, and put forward the basic way of service model innovation from four aspects of "point + flow", "education + leisure", "ordinary + special" and "field + network", and finally emphasized the development guarantees of legislation, fund, resource and talent.
